Team Impact Coaching

IMPACT Coaching, LLC was established in Phoenix, Arizona 2013 to enrich the youth sports experience for student athletes 5-13 years old, parents, coaches and the community. Team IMPACT Academies were started to fill the need of supporting proper development of athletic fundamentals and teamwork amongst a vastly growing market of young student athletes in the Greater Phoenix Valley. Our program is intended to reward the committed families looking to succeed at sports through the lens of developing advanced physical and mental skills.

Regardless of sport, our academy teaches athletes to improve strength and core conditioning, speed and agility, hand-eye coordination and rapid response behavior, while documenting their progress. Athletes are in charge of tracking where they are and where they are going. Our personalized coach to player ratio ensures student athletes learn the right way to develop. And as a result, youth sports coaches can focus in-season on game technique rather than starting with athletic basics. In this regard, Team IMPACT also is helping support the coaching network in the Greater Phoenix Valley and assisting athletes in off-season improvement.

At Team IMPACT, we believe every child deserves the right to experience the joy of being highly successful at youth sports.
