5 years ago I had Team Clean come to my house because I was having a surprise party for my husband. I had so much going on that I realized that week I was not going to be able to get the house cleaned myself. Ciara and her team accommodated my request! It was the best cleaning I have ever had! My husband came home for lunch and the house smelled amazing and so freshly cleaned. He actually thought I did it, lol. I made him believe that until that night at his surprise party. I am looking forward to contacting them to see if I can get on their schedule again. Loved having them!!!

Potential customers beware if you don't commit to service immediately upon receiving your quote, you run the risk of a rate increase before service even begins. My husband and I visited the idea of a cleaning service August 2017 and were quoted $60 for bi-weekly service. We put hiring a service on hold at that time. We revisited the idea last week and contacted Team Clean once again to set up service. Imagine our surprise when we received a $90 quote this time around for the same bi-weekly service. I immediately asked for justification for the $30 rate hike. It took a week for a response and basically I was told their cost of doing business (i.e. training, insurance, products, etc.) is being passed onto the customer. Unbelieveble! My husband is a small business owner and if he charged customers for his equipment, training, parts, etc., he'd have no customers
