As an accomplished language teacher and academic professional, I leverage dynamic communications and interpersonal skills to instruct various student levels, from rudimentary understanding to subject mastery. Additionally, I design and implement course materials that use blending learning methodology to engage all students and enhance results.

In my current and most recent roles as a German Teacher at Myers Park High School and Shaker High School, I instructed multiple levels of German language courses and sponsored German clubs. I've introduced the National German Honor Society and led International Baccalaureate German SL and HL in my current position.

Earlier, I instructed language skills at Rudolf Steiner School, serving as Waldorf Class Teacher and Faculty Chair. In this role, I oversaw recruiting, budgeting, program development, parent education program, and represented schools in the Northeast region of the US as a delegate to the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America. Previously, I served as Director of Foreign Language Exchange Program at Waldorf School, managing program and budget to promote international education and culture throughout the institution.

I earned my Masters in Education from Sunbridge College and am currently working on completing the Learning & Development Certification Program from University of North Carolina, Charlotte. My additional training includes McLean Group's Social Inclusion & Diversity Training, Social Thinking Specialist (social and emotional curriculum for teachers, students, and parents), and Cyber Civics (a three-year middle school, digital citizen program in cyber safety).
