My PRIMARY goal and function is to be your personal Health Care Advocate.
I have been assisting the elderly in their homes for over 10 years. I initially began working alone but due to numerous referrals, I have steadily grown my business. I have been able to employ and develop care-givers who provide the same level of professional care and attention to detail as I do, all the while maintaining the human touch and concern which is so vital in this business. Some of the additional services we provide are: assisting with all of the daily living needs, light housekeeping, run errands and local transportation.

I still conduct in-home care myself, but my main role has evolved into becoming a personal health care advocate for my clients. Let me take a moment to explain what that means. As a personal health care advocate, I take responsibility to make sure EVERYTHING is done properly for each client. In the case where insurance companies are involved and the client and/or their families may not be familiar with or just overwhelmed by the complexities of the paperwork, I make sure that and any other issues with the insurance companies are handled correctly.

I make sure I am present when visits to physicians or other health care providers are required. In the event my clients need to have temporary stays at assisted living or rehab facilities, I make SURE they are given the care and attention they deserve along with following up on any issues that may arise.

I work along side family members to ensure their loved ones are treated properly. In essence, many times, I AM their surrogate family. My staff and I treat each one as if they were our own family! It is because of that conviction and my dedication and love of the elderly that I believe my business has grown so steadily through referrals from satisfied clients and their families.
