About
I am currently seeking my teaching credential (2 years until completion) to work with school aged children. I have taken multiple early childhood education classes along with working as a volunteer aide at a local elementary school where I work with young school aged children. I have raised 3 children of my own as well. During the years, my son was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome (autism - high functioning). This experience has helped me understand some disabilities that children can face and handle the care appropriately. I also offer with homework assistance during the after school care to help take some pressure off the parents during the evening hours. CERTIFIED IN CPR/FIRST AID/PREVENTATIVE HEALTH AND SAFETY!!!
