Tailor-Made Tutoring is personal tutoring designed to move students forward (grades K-12) in the areas of reading, writing, math, test prep and study skills. I am also a Harford County Home & Hospital teacher of over twenty years. I have a degree in teaching and a masters' in Counseling & Psychology and am also available for life coaching. Teaching is my passion and I will personalize the lessons according to your students learning style. Everyone learns differently and that's why it is important to understand what type of learning style works for each person. Within the first session I determine what type of learner your student is and will teach accordingly. I use multi-sensory methods with white boards and manipulatives and have my students' participate interactively. The important thing is to have fun while learning!
