Tabernacle Preschool

Tabernacle Preschool is a private, non-profit ministry of Tabernacle Baptist Church. Our program was founded to provide a Christian learning environment for the families in our community. We are committed to providing developmentally appropriate opportunities, materials and activities to help children grow and learn and to be prepared to succeed in school. It is our goal to provide a Christian foundation upon which a lifetime of learning will be built.

We use a Christian Curriculum as well as age-appropriate and developmentally-appropriate activities and toys for each class. Weekly theme units, learning centers and a wide variety of activities set the stage for each day's learning process. Children will participate in creative play, large and small group activities, one-on-one teaching activities, and self-directed free play.

Each day's lesson is prepared to help children learn and grow and be ready for the next stages of development. Our program is designed to help young children develop healthy self-concepts, to become independent individuals and to use their eager minds to explore God's world.

Special features of our program include small class size, convenient curbside pickup, weekly themes and Bible stories, Chapel time, story time at the public library, field trips, Graduation and Christmas programs, family events (family cookout, Dinner with Dad, Dinner with Mom, etc.), class pictures, end-of-year Shutterfly books.

Tabernacle Preschool employs an all-Christian, well-trained professional staff who consider their role with children as an opportunity to share their talents and to demonstrate God's unconditional love with each child. Through personal dedication, well-planned programs and annual continuing education workshops, our staff is committed to excellence and providing your child the best preschool experience. Our staff encourages parent involvement and communication to become better acquainted with each child's needs.
