My vision is to see Seniors and the disabled community living at home safely, relieving stress from families and providing quality care to those individuals in need. I provide practical solutions to your care needs and I will customize a care plan specifically designed for you or your loved one. I provide services to the elderly, disabled and the injured.I offer services such as personal care (eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, medication prompting, etc.) homemaker services (laundry, washing dishes, light cleaning) in home respite care (sitter services) companion care (reading, walking, talking, activities). T's Care Solutions was established to be an alternative choice to nursing facilities providing long and short term care. I am now accepting private pay clients only.
