My name is Terry R. I am the owner of Syracuse Domestic Services. I am a mother to 4 wonderful children...well, adults now. I remember when my children were babies and I felt overwhelmed by everything that comes with children and home ownership. 10 years ago, I paid $55.00 a week for a lady to come and clean for me. I know the value that it had in my life was so much more. I never had to clean the bathroom, I never worried about clean sheets (Unless someone peed on them), the floors were clean... The word that comes to mind now while looking back on it is..."exhale". It was the best investment that I could have made in myself and my family at that time. There was a moment of guilt where I thought I should be doing it all myself. But, when I realized the improvement in the quality of the time that I was spending with my family, I realized that it was not only worth it, it was important.
Being a mother of 4, I know all about sippy cups in the couch and cheerios in the beds. I understand that sometimes things get messy...and sometimes downright gross! I understand that. It's normal. I expect it. So, you don't have to pre-clean your house before your cleaning service comes. I understand and my employees understand.
