These people are the most careless people in a senior center.I have ever come across.
I called to find out about a ride after cataract surgery. I said that to the woman who answered the phone.
She knew why I was calling, send me to the automated voicemail. They say we'll get to you when we can! As opposed to something more clear, like within so much time. Which for seniors who need help is careless and dismissive, and disrespectful.
So I called back to talk to the dits who answered the phone in the first place, and I asked if they offered rides after a surgery.
And she said, no squirka doesn't do that.
So I want to know why the hell this d****** didn't say that in the first place.
I went there once and I ended up waiting for forty five minutes and then I raised a little bit of hell to get the manager. He was helpful.
It's despicable, don't waste your time. It actually reflects everything that i've noticed about.Evansville, this is not a good place.

I've been with them sense 2017 they have not helped me in anyway I'm very discussed with them
