My name is Sheila. I provide in-home babysitting services for children ages 1 or older. I offer very flexible hours. Full time, part time, or last minute hours always available. Whether you need services for working hours or a date night, I am available. I will provide a loving, caring, and safe environment for your child or children to feel confident in being exactly who they are. This is embraced completely. Children live what they learn through positive experiences in life. I completed high school with high honors and majored in all childhood development and psychology courses. I also completed some college majoring in the same. I am educated and experienced. I believe with all my heart and soul that children truly benefit from a caring relationship with the caregiver when child care is necessary. I believe in teaching children that they are all unique and that they are capable of doing anything they want in life. I believe in building confidence and that absolutely nobody should be torn down for any reason. I have always practiced positive reinforcement and never have practiced negative disciplinary methods. I do have 1 child myself. He is 7 years old and loves to play with children of any age. Your child/children will receive personalized attention, which will let them know that they are important people. I will only provide services for 1-3 children to embrace my beliefs and so I am completely available to give your child/children the most awesome care, attention, and fun possible. I am looking forward to meeting new clients with incredibly awesome children. This has always been a passion in my life and take pride in the care that I have been blessed to provide. I do require a babysitting checklist. I will need to know if there are any specialty needs, any known allergies, any medications (if applicable), restrictions on any activities (including where your child can play), emergency contact numbers-cell, work, home, and any other contacts you would like to list.
