Sweet Memories Home Childcare And Preschool

Our mission is to provide a home-like, educational environment to children and embrace the concept of educating the whole child. The children will always be made to feel as if the daycare were their home away from home. I don't consider myself a baby-sitter, but a professional in Early Childhood Education and Child Development and a co-worker with you in helping your child in crucial years of growth. I run an open-ended program. In other words, I offer a variety of activities at once for the child to choose and move freely from activity to activity. I constantly interact with the children and join in activities, games and meal time. I believe that children learn through play and offer lots of hands-on activities. I provide plenty of fun teaching opportunities and at the same time offer a family atmosphere for your child.
I have listed the services I provide and my qualifications below:
*Full preschool program during the school year.

*Scholastic classroom magazine twice a month.

* Licensed 17 years with 24 years experience in childcare. 17 years homeschooling experience as well. :)

*Lead teacher/owner carries a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education with ongoing yearly training. Assistants also have 20 hours STARS training and have yearly training.

*Lead teacher/owner and assistants are all current on state licensing requirements; CPR/First Aid, HIV and Blood borne pathogen training, Food Handlers permit, TB test and background checks.

*DSHS accepted.

*USDA food program - all meals provided.

*Minutes off of 405 exit 22 (160th).

*Excellent references. Current parents and past.

*Flexible hours, evening and Sunday hours (occasional Saturday drop ins accepted).



*We do have indoor/outdoor cats and a dog (Goldendoodle).
