Sustained Hope offers specialized, technology-enabled home care services to those challenged with daily living because of age-related neurological diseases, medical trauma and other forms of disabilities.

We have several programs to keep the caregivers motivated to work for you and us--these include 3-phase orientation, continued education, additional certifications and on-the-job rewards and recognition programs.
