Sunset Park Place provides independent, assisted and memory care living options. We also have independent rental town homes. If you are looking for a community with delicious food options (many made from scratch), exercise 7 days a week (3 days Live 2B Healthy program with a personal trainer), lots of activities inside and outside the building, plenty of opportunity for socialization and a great family atmosphere, Sunset Park Place is the right living options for you or your loved one. We are a little smaller than some communities (55 total apartments), and that gives us a wonderful opportunity to get to know our residents and their families. We have a great west side location in Dubuque which also puts us close to shopping and medical offices.
