We made a reservation to board our dog on a Friday but when we arived at noon there was only a sign stating they would not be open today. When I got the attention of someone in the house she stated they had an illness on Wednesday so they were not boarding this weekend. Emergencies happen but that was two days earlier so this business has no backup plans if something goes wrong. Do not count on them if you don't have your own backup plan.
