My husband and I visited this kennel today - unannounced. It was deplorable. The person in the front entry was asleep. We talked with him for a bit and I was not getting a good feeling. We asked if we could take a tour of the facilities and he said they were in pretty bad shape. He had been too busy and couldn't clean and most of the dogs had not eaten. Please go see this place before you drop your pet off.

I had high hopes for this one based on a word of mouth recommendation. Sadly it fell quite short of my expectations.
BE WARNED: The pries they actually charge ARE NOT what is listed on the web site. And we were not told that when we checked our dogs in for their 4 day stay. So when we went to pay it was more than either of us expected.
When we dropped our dogs off my brother explained that his dog is 15 years old and very arthritic, so he asked that some bedding be brought in for her. He was assured that they had some and she would have something to lay on. When we picked up the dogs 4 days later there was not even a towel down for her to sleep on, just some boards on a bare cement floor.
I packed several toys for my dog to have so he would not be so uncomfortable being in a strange place with strange noises and people he did not know. I asked them to put some out for him and was told they would. They did not. He is a small long haired dog and looked like he spent quite a bit of time wet. He was still pretty wet when we picked them up.
I think the worst part is that both dogs acted like they had not had anything to drink in an awfully long time. After our 45 minute drive home both dogs sprinted across the house to find their respective water dishes, where they both proceeded to empty them and then ask for more water.
I will not be bringing my beloved pet back to stay here.
