Our program provides care to seniors and adults, ages 18 and up in a supervised group setting within the community. All services are based on an individual care plan and assessment of the participant. Rest assured that our team is well-trained and responsible for providing care in an adult care facility. We accept participants with chronic illnesses, Dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson, etc, etc. Also mental health participants..

Nutritious Meals, Transportation, Outdoor Field Trips Assistance with Appointment Scheduling, Assistance with Mail and Social Media, Personal Shopping Assistant Schedule and Facilitate Small In-home Repairs Free Medication Pick-up/Drop-off Within Local Area
