Hi,
My name is Valerie. My family and I just moved to Conifer, CO from Montana. We had major sticker shock when purchasing a home here and really I wanted to find something I could do to help my husband out that would still allow me to be with my girls and do all the fun things we have planned to do together. I decided to offer Summer Care for a couple kids with working parents. I have 12 year old twin girls and am looking to take in a couple more girls ages 8-12 for the summer to enjoy the outdoors and tap into our creative side as well.
The services I will provide will be getting your child out and about doing various activities. My girls and I have tons of plans to explore our new home.
Some of the activities we have planned for this summer, will be Mountain Biking (for beginners), hiking, fishing, Supping (stand up paddle board) on Evergreen Lake and other areas. I have tons of gear including life jackets. We also plan on visiting Elitch Gardens several times as we have season passes and visiting the Museums. We also love to sew and craft and will be doing some of that as well.
Due to the activities we have planned, it is important that your child can ride a bike and knows how to swim, which is the reason for the age restrictions.
