SDAC is a 501 (3)c organization that provides Out of Home Respite and Adult Day Debilitation services for people with disabilities and seniors. Our facility is a 35 acre ranch located in Conroe, Texas. Our facility provides an ideal solution for people with disabilities and seniors who require assistance with daily living activities and personal care. Services provided focus on development of daily living skills, decision making, vocational exploration, community inclusion, health and fitness, self- confidence, volunteerism, and socialization skills. The mission of SDAC is to promote and encourage the empowerment of people with challenges so that each may pursue their highest possible degree of personal satisfaction and fulfillment. Our trained staff provides a range of services with utmost respect, and care for each client. Activities include gardening, life skills, Equestrian Therapy, arts and crafts, music therapy, fishing, bingo, karaoke, and cooking classes. Transportation to and from our facility is available if needed. We also accept insurance.
