I am a preschool teacher turned stay at home mom. I taught 3, 4, and 5-year-olds for 7 years in Colorado and have a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I believe that babies and young children grow and develop best when their caretakers are engaged and involved in their curiosity and interests. When caring for children in my home, I do not use television, computers, phones or ipads. Instead, I pay attention to what they are focused on and build off their interests to plan in the moment activities that support their understanding of the world around them.
