About the business
We are a small not-for-profit Cornell Student run tutoring service that offers mentorship in addition to our tutoring in the SAT and ACT. We believe that tutoring from the standpoint of someone that has recently undergone the college application process is more personable and relatable to our students. Our 4 tutors have an average ACT score of 36 and SAT score average of over 1550 on the new test and 2350 on the old test. At Student Agencies Tutoring, we offer online and in person tutoring either one-on-one private or group classes for peer studying! Our main goal is to promote academic motivation no only up to the point of getting into a great college, but beyond into the journey of college itself. Contact us via email at SAT@studentagencies.com or visit our website if you are interested in our many offerings included discounted SAT and ACT tutoring, Common Application guidance and essay writing, SAT 2, and AP Exam tutoring! Check us out to see our current discounts and free services!

Awards & Accreditations
Our tutors are all Cornell Students and we are a part of the oldest student run organization in the United States, Student Agencies, Inc. Est. 1894. Our tutors all excelled in high school, some even becoming valedictorian, and all received the highest scores on their exams. They have all tutored privately for the past 5+ years but now hope to become a part of something bigger. Our curriculum developer, who recently was accepted into Harvard University to pursue a PhD in Physics, has created a unique and highly effective curriculum for the SAT and ACT to help students get the highest grade possible. We are not Certified Teachers, but have proven that our style of tutoring is often what high school students need to truly visualize what the possibilities of higher education lead to from the stand point of a real Ivy League student.
