About the business
If you or a family member is challenged by disorganization, feelings of overwhelm, struggles at school, at home and or at work contact me. I coach and counsel people to reduce stress, become organized, and to finally achieve goals and two personal potential. Most of my clients have 80 HD, and have been to many counselors, learning specialists, doctors, and still have yet to get to the root issues.
A school counselor and former school administrator I struggled to support some students with alternative learning styles and/or ADHD. After receiving extensive Adhd coach training I have learned understanding personal strengths and working them smarter not necessarily harder is the way to success.
