I'm preparing to re-enter the health care industry and I believe I could provide you with the services your seeking. I do have more than 10 years experience providing supportive services for individuals that are in some way unable to manage their day to day task to include daily hygiene, household chores and errands. I have experience providing supportive services for individuals with memory, hearing, speech and mobility impairments to include Alzheimer, Dementia and Parkinson's disease. And, with experience comes the wisdom to understand the importance of following strict care plans and charting incidents and behaviors. Also, I have a sound knowledge of operating assistive devices such as manual wheel chairs, sit to stands, Hoyer lifts, shower chairs, oxygen tanks and C-Pap machines. I have knowledge of taking vitals, weights and charting fluid/food intake/output. Also, I am capable of maintaining a well organized, healthy and safe living environment for you and/or your loved one.
