If you take your dog there, only see Nicole
She was our regular groomer, we got Amanda. She shaved our cocker spaniel to the skin. We asked she trim her bangs only, hair between her feet and her behind. My husband told her she had a mat under her arm pit, I told her to remove that. She had 3 phone numbers no call was made to us. We went to pick her up she was shaved to the skin. Its mid October. Her summer cut was not this short. I said why did u do this, why did u cut all her hair off, she had no mats on her back or chest. She said she would have looked weird. I said that should have been our decision. She kept trying to justify what she did. I called back said we would no longer bring our dogs there, didn't seem to care.
