Stargazer Garden Child Care

We are excited to welcome you to Stargazer Garden in Home Child Care.

Child care has been a family tradition business for over more than 35 years, my grandmother started this business in 1980's.
Being surrounded by children all the time I realized I wanted to become a professional in this field.
I have 12 years of experience working in the Medical field as a Certified Nurse Assistant and Behavioral Health Technician in addition of being my mother's assistant for over 14 years.
I provide child care services from infants to 12 years old, I am available 24 / 7, even on the weekends.
I provide all three healthy meals and snacks at no cost.
I have separate areas for play and nap time.
My rates are by daily not weekly rates. Full time rates are $27.00 (5-9 hours) infants $35
Part time $20 (1-5 Hours) ( infants $25) and additional hours are $4.00 per hour. Payments can be made daily or paid in advance for the week.
I have Tax ID that I will provide for tax purposes or at the end of the service. I provide proof of receipts electronically by email or by text message. My home is clean, safe, smoke and drug free.
We have fish aquarium and friendly dog name Max .

Our Stargazer Garden Child care program helps toddlers, accomplish the skills all preschoolers need in order for kindergarten to be a happy experience.
Our activities are based on teaching programs by Pearson , Scott Foresman , Scholastic as well as Lakeshore Learning Materials.

These are some examples of the skills toddlers need to accomplish:
1. Be able to state first and last name when asked.
2. Be able to write first name with first letter upper case and remaining letters lower case.
3. Use appropriate three-finger grasp when using writing instruments (pencils, crayons and
scissors.
4. Count to at least thirty and tells what number comes before or after a given number to 20.
5. Know all the letters in their first name.
6. Identify basic geometric shapes (triangle, circle, square, rectangle, oval, star, and rhombus (diamond) and heart)
7. Know basic colors (red, blue, green, yellow, orange, purple, black, and white, brown, pink)



Socially your child should be able to
1. Adjust own clothing before and after using restroom.
2. Use restroom independently including washing hands without reminder.
3. Take off and put on outer clothing
4. Sit for a story for 5-10 minutes

1. Going to interesting places such park, zoo, library and museum
2. Encourage your children to observe
