I am the mother of 3 children, 9, 3, and 1 years old. I have my BA in Psychology with a Minor in Studio Art. I am currently attending Graduate School at night for Behavioral Addictions and Child Counseling. I have over 14 years of child care experience as a nanny and I also worked in Day Cares. I have my Background, Criminal & Child Abuse Clearance Checks and am in the process of being CPR Certified within the next month. I have great references upon request.

I'm looking to watch children in my Downingtown home and provide you a loving, caring and learning environment for your child. I provide lunch and snacks for toddlers, I will prepare meals, snacks, make bottles, whatever you need. I have a playroom for the children, I have port-a-cribs for naps, I provide sheets and blankets, also floor mats for older toddlers. I have a very pleasant routine with a diverse learning curriculum throughout the week (Circle Time, Singing, Story Time, Fine & Gross Motor Skills, and Arts & Crafts; as they get older we work on the Calendar, Days of Week & Weather, Color, Name & Number Cards); I will also give you daily reports as to what your child did that day. My house has been safeguarded (gates, child protection locks on cabinets and doors etc., large outside area to play in, plenty of toys to play with inside & out). My children join in our activities too and we have a very fun, wonderful time learning!

I currently watch an infant PT. My children love him and think of him as a part of the family. We have a very happy and fun filled day! I also have a very close and wonderful relationship with the parents.

I'm working with my 1 yr old son on shapes and ABC's. My 3 yr old son knows his ABC's and can count to 20, he knows shapes and next we're working on writing. I believe it's never too early to teach a child, the key is to make everything a fun learning experience.

I believe a child will learn better if they have more individualized and personal attention in a "home" atmosphere. No parent wants to be away from their child, but sadly we sometimes have to. I want to provide an environment where you will feel comfortable and secure that your child is being well taken care of and you won't have to worry while your away from them.

I am available 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. (flexible), Mon-Fri, and have reasonable rates!
