St. Louis Doulas

We provide daytime and overnight services to families in their first year postpartum We provide education, guidance, encouragement and care to new moms. We help with light housekeeping, baby care, meal preparation, emotional support and giving time for a nap or overnight sleep. Our agency has 2 counselors on staff, 2 certified lactation consultants and 6 postpartum doulas. Our first visit will consist of a thorough intake, a care plan and details on the doulas who are recommended for your team. Families with multiples find the services of a Postpartum Doula to be especially helpful. Our focus is on helping a new mom become confident and competent in her new role. We offer gift certificates for 1 hour or a full package of services. You may also utilize an FSA or HSA account to assist in paying for doula support. Let us know your needs, we will help you!
