I had to give one star to get this message to post; however, they don't even deserve that. I transferred my mom with the hopes that she would be cared for and I was completely deceived. My mom cannot be left alone at all. She has Parkinson's and Dementia. The people at this place promised they would have a permanent caregiver for her 40 hours a week. My mom hasn't been with them for a week and she has been left alone every single day for a few hours and they didn't even know she was alone till I notified them. Each time they had to send in a supervisor to fill in. What if something happened to my mom during that time??? Please if your considering this company for your loved one, RUN don't walk away!!!! They make all these promises and they don't deliver on any of them.

I am disabled and have been approved and granted 9 1/2 hrs. a week. They have fallen way short of their obligation. When they do they bring their children, this place is not designed for children and when they are keeping them occupied they are not doing what they are supposed to be doing. I am very disappointed with St. Joseph 's service. Lots of other problems, but I have better things to do than text all day.
