St John's Nursery School is a traditional part- time preschool. Three- year- olds attend 3 days a week(MWF or TTHF) Four- year- olds attend 4 days a week. Both programs run for 4 hours. We strive to create a secure and nurturing environment which supports the individual growth of each of our students. We recently celebrated our 50th year! Our teachers are well educated, and have been with us for many years. We also have a Literacy Specialist on staff. Our curriculum is theme based, and we provide active learning experiences which support children at a range of development and cognitive levels. We believe in a strong partnership with parents and teachers. We respect the individual differences of our students and the cultural backgrounds of our families.
