Service Rates are as follows:

Basic Cleaning:

one bed/one bath is $60 +,

two bed/two baths is $ 80+,

three bed/two bath is $ 100+, and

four bed/two bath is $ 120+.

All rates depend on the size and condition of the home.

Will give rate deals for weekly and bi-weekly!

Deep Cleaning Move-ins/-outs are as follows:

one bed/one bath is $100+,

two bed/one bath is $130+,

three bed/two bath is $170+, and

four bed/two bath is $200+.

All rates depend on size and condition of home.

Ironing and laundry rates are as follows:

each load is $5,

dress shirts are $3 each,

dress pants are $3 each,

shirts are $2 dollars each, and

jeans are $2 each,

If you want to add something to your basic cleaning, rates are as follows:

extra bathroom is $20,

inside oven is $30.

inside refrigerator is $30, and

Pledging is $10.

I also offer mother's helper.

I charge a flat rate depending on your needs. Give me a call for a bid!
