Sparkling Fountain Homes

Sparkling Fountain Homes is a family owned business operated by a husband and wife who are Registered Nurses with a long history of nursing experience. Sparkling fountain homes is a home plus meaning that we are a residential facility that can care for up to eight residents in a home like environment. Our client base is the geriatric population. In addition to being a residential home we provide adult daycare and respite care. We are able to provide Nursing skilled services like physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy with the help of home health. For our residents we provide three freshly prepared meals and two snacks between meals. We provide housekeeping and laundry services at no additional cost. We also provide medication administration. We have CNA and CMA's around the clock to help our residents with activities of daily living. Our staff to resident ratio is four residents for one certified aid. We have 24/7 oversight from a Registered Nurse.
