1. A 12 step educational program to improve your overall health.
Our qualified nurses volunteer their services to educate our client on topics such as boneand joint health, exercise your brain, fall prevention, diet and nutrition, heart health cold and flue prevention, your doctor's visit, senior exercise program and more. This service is free.
2. Point by point symptom management for specific diseases.
You will be provided with a self-management color coded easy to read chart specific to your illness, that tells you base on your symptoms when you are OK, when you should call your Home Health agency or doctor, and when you need to go to the hospital. This takes the guess work out of your hands and this service is free.
3. At your convenience we strive to meet with you the same day you arrive home to alleviate any fears and answer all your questions. This is a free in house consultation.
