I am surprised to see any bad reviews about this company. Marina who does the bookings is very accommodating and pleasant to deal with - she answers well to text messages, too, which is important for me as I'm very busy during the day.

The maid who has done my deep cleaning and now continues to come every 2 weeks for my regular cleaning does a great job. She even asks me to point out if there's anything else I'd like done, but she's very thorough so I never have anything to add. I like that she uses my natural cleaning products, and keeps my pets' health in mind when cleaning with bleach in the bathrooms. She makes sure the area is aired out so they aren't affected by any strong cleaner smells. She takes off her shoes and cleans things I don't think I've ever even paid attention to. She asks how I usually like things cleaned (my laminate wood floors I only like to damp mop with a special cleaner) and does just that.

The result is a healthy, clean home with happy humans and pets. I have and will continue to recommend Sophy's Maids. They have given me back so much time and eliminated what was a huge stress on my life with this service for a competitive price. I feel since I'm very particular and they really do a good job I had to write this review to set the record straight.

I hired this service and they broke my ceiling fan..left all the trash in every room even though I gave her heavy duty construction bags. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. I am going to file a civil complaint and sue. I needed them to clean my mom's empty apartment after her passing and they desecrated it.....

I regret ever having to deal with this cleaning company called Sophy. I advice not to call this company because you will be put on a standby. So i have been communicating with a lady called marina from the company and we had a confirmation/appointment for 5pm. I got to my location of cleanup and waited there for 2 hours. i called back and forth throughout the 2 hours and no one picked up. i was literally in stress because I had a to leave work early to get to the location. No one called me back to let me know the appointment is cancelled. As I said I regret ever calling this company. Please dont use them. It is a waste of time, energy, money and gas.

I'm looking for a maid to clean my parents apartment. 2 bedrooms, kitchen, small bathroom, living room twice a month, Can you tell me how it would cost?

Sophy's Maids sent a nice young lady who worked hard to clean my 1st floor apartment
no complaints there, however in her rush to leave she did not give me a receipt. Now for some strange reason I cannot reach anyone on the phone. I sent an email n o response. I started calling now no one answering the phone. I'm thinking how can no one be answering the phone when it is there main number to get customers. Then it dawned me , caller id, they know I'm calling, they know why I'm calling and they not answering the phone. So if the owner sees this its too bad I had to do this but I need receipts for tax purposes and I do not appreciate poor customer after the fact. I have two other floors that need cleaning service I will not be contacting Sophy's Maid for the jobs. I just want my receipt. The young lady told me I have to pay cash only the first time you come to the house lucky I had the cash, really I should have gotten my receipt without going public with my dissatisfaction. So if the owner reads this I want my receipt for $125.00. An email recipet is fine. Thank you.
