Long-term Care Placement.

If placement in an extended care facility is necessary, we will guide you through the entire process:

-Identifying living options: retirement residence, assisted living, Alzheimer's and/or memory care, or skilled nursing care

-Scheduling tours, completing admission paperwork, and coordinating the move
-Preparing a personal residence for sale or closing an apartment

-Conducting monitoring visits to ensure safety, comfort and the appropriate quality and level of care
