I am an RN with 38yrs experience with acute care, Certified Hospice & Palliative Care Nurse, and Certified Doula. My services I provide are to Palliative Care and Hospice Care patients & families. Those who may suffer from a Chronic Illness or life limiting illness. I tailor my services based on patient/family centered needs. Some of these include: Elder Respite Care, Legacy Projects, Safe Space and vigil Planning, Advanced Directives, Creating Rituals.
