TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Called the week prior and advised our Golden has a nervous personality. Advised to drop her before 10am and she wouldn't be there all day.
Dropping her off this morning, the girl did not even greet Bentley. Just the ok her by the leash and pulled her behind the counter. She asked me did we want her stomach hair cut and I said no, just trim around her pads and privates. I repeated this twice. I again advised her of Bentley being nervous and she stated she would be the groomers first groom at 9am. When I didn't hear back in a couple hours I called them. They stated she was almost done. They finally finished at 1:20.
Much to our shock when we picked her up they had cut her wings off of her legs.
We will never use this place again!
