She is very flexible with your drop off and pick up times. She treats your dog like her own. The dogs and cats get plenty of attention and love. She does a great job pairing up playmates or lounging mates depending on the temperament of your dog. They are allowed inside and out. Laura has a variety of choices of sleeping locations that can be tailored to your pet. My dog has a wonderful time there, sometimes I think he doesn't want to come home! When we drive into Laura's driveway my dog gets so excited, it makes it so much easier to leave him knowing that he is staying in a kind, loving and caring environment.
