I'm the other half of the owner/Husband...you know 50/50 split...and Valerie makes the schedule, does the invoices,..basically she's married to it lol...anyway I can't touch what she she has set already or she'll throw a fit, that's honest..well I'm owed money from cutting grass for Berkshire Hathaway and haven't received payment in over a month..come to find out the guy from Berkshire said she never invoiced him for it since July 11th...I did the grass like August 7th and now it's Sept. 10 with no payment yet...also a clean I done for Berkshire like 2 weeks ago that never got paid..now with that being said I contacted the folks that owed me money and they said she never billed..I tell them to contact her to send them the invoice..she then goes on Facebook to blast me and say to our clients to avoid me...but anybody that does work want to be compensated right? Well now I'm blocked from being a moderator on the Smiths Page lol...goes to show you that folks will show their TRUE colors when you mean BUSINESS!!

This business completely earned this one star review. Smith Cleaners was hired to clean the common areas of my rental property. I hand delivered the key to the owner who promised me that they were an excellent company and would not let me down. The owner told me the property was being cleaned - however the tenants told me no one had been there. The owner assured me that there are photos taken as proof each time the property was cleaned. When I asked for the photos the owner could not produce them. Then the owner admitted that the person they had sent to do the job had lied about being there and that in fact they were never there. The owner appologized and offered to clean one month for free. However, that did not happen either. Then the owner told me the company had "staffing issues" since the pandemic, which is understandable, and that they could not clean my property. I asked for my key back. The owner said she would send it back to me but never did. I have had to keep contacting this owner again and again, asking where is the key to my property. It is apparent that Smith Cleaners cannot do what is promises. I do not trust anything that the owner says and would never hire them again.

I hired Smith's Cleaners to take over my Airbnb rental and they have done a phenomenal job. They also did our initial deep clean early on which made the place look amazing. If you are a real estate investor, Smith's cleaners is a perfect contact to have.

I am so thankful that I found Valarie and plan to use Smith's Cleaners many times in the future, including airbnb rentals, tenant turnovers, and other general house cleanings.

Valerie did an amazing job! She was available at the last minute to help me with apartment cleaning at move out. She was incredibly attentive to details, communicated frequently and quickly, was reasonably priced. She sent me frequent verbal and photo updates. I am so pleased with her services and can't say enough to recommend her!

Valerie cleaned my home in NC, and did an amazing job!! I have lots of pets and she managed to make it look as clean as if I had none!! If she can make my home clean, she can make yours gleam!!
