Hello, my name is Emily and I am 19 years old. I am located in Sayville and I just finished my second semester at Suffolk County Community College. I am majoring in psychology..aspiring to become a forensic psychologist!
My experience includes:
-CPR/First Aid Certification
-Over six years of experience watching and helping my younger special needs brother (he is the only person in the world with his chromosome disorder) and my young special needs cousin. I help with light meal preparation for my brother.
-I have babysat children with behaviors before
-Aiding children with homework as I have done the Homework Helpers Club through Sayville High School. (Age:6th grade. I can help with everything except common core math..ha ha!)
-Aiding and being compassionate/patient towards children because I was a student dance teacher at Releve Dance Centre (Ages 5-13)
-At my old middle school we would have "Babysitting Nights" around Christmas time so parents could go out and shop. My friends and I would plan activities and care for 20+ kids, ranging from all ages.
I love the outdoors, sports, baking, doing fun activities, arts and crafts, music, staying active and pets! (I have four cats and a dog!) I never get sick and I am always early/on time so I am very dependable! I also do not smoke and have a clean drivers license. I can provide references if needed.
