Smart Starters Academy Family Home Daycare

I am the owner of and child care provider for Smart Starters Academy Family Home Daycare which is licensed through Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. I accept children ranging from infants to 3 years old. I received my Technical Certificate of Credit in Early Childhood Program Administration from Savannah Technical College. To help ease the minds of my parents, I have rooms in my home that are specifically set up for children where parents can make an appointment for a tour. This will give parents a sense of where their children will be throughout the day. Aside from babysitting siblings as a teenager, I have been in the education field for quite a while with office positions in between. My latest position was a Lead Preschool teacher at a local preschool in Savannah, GA. I have worked as an After School Care worker, a Tutor Mentor & Program Coordinator Assistant for a Summer Program for College Students, & a Substitute Teacher for grades K-12 in Florida & Georgia. Working with children is what I'm born to do. Whether it's through providing daycare services, tutoring services, or just being there to help them through their development; I'm more than happy to see the progress and the positive impact it makes.
