So far everything has been great, Sam is fantastic! He sends me a text when he arrives at out house and follows up with an email when he leaves. I always forward the emails to my wife because his notes about the walk are hilarious. The email includes a picture and a GPS track of the route he took. But the main reason I chose Smart Paws Chicago is because of the prices. They don't charge extra for walks that aren't 9-5pm and I can schedule walks whenever I want, I'm not locked into X amount of walks per week.
