Not satisfied at all with the care my dog received while going there .We switched kennels due to the poor care of our dog.
Our dog was attacked by the owners daughters boyfriends dog. Our dog had her ear torn half off, she was taken to a vet to have it stitched back on, no care after that. We picked her up a few days later, her crate was urine and blood soaked. It appeared the crate had not been cleaned for several days. We told the owner about our concerns and the answer was she was not there at the time of the incident. We asked for reimbursement for the vet bill but were refused. The dog that attacked her was not boarding there, he had bit our dog several times previously.

I am the owner of SDK and am just seeing this now. My daughter lives in TX and doesn't have a boyfriend. I don't even have staff whose 'boyfriend's' dogs attend the kennel. My dog doesn't go to the kennel as he is a curmudgeonly old man. Our guests do not stay in crates, they stay in kennels (which are cleaned at least daily if not several times per day). I have no idea who this customer is, nor do I recall or have any documentation for any of the details in the scenario relayed above. We do not book via care.com. I am flummoxed.
