Six Palms is a Family Owned small type B assisted living facility located on 4 1/4 acres of land East off of HWY 288 on county road 58, in Manvel, TX.

When you become ill or need a doctor you will not have to leave the facility. We have the Visiting Physician Group that comes to the facility at least monthly or as needed to care for our residents. We also have a 24 hour on call nurse.
