Very rude! My father has been a customer for a years. 1st time I took him and his puppy here I was taken aback by the way the owner treated him, rude and short, totally disrespectful. I chalked it up to her have a bad day. I would have left her business then but my dad doesn't like change. Next time again she was abrupt and NOT nice. We were leaving town and called to schedule an appointment a week ahead for the day we were leaving. I called 10 minutes before to tell here I was running about ten minutes late, she said they had a policy if your 10 minutes late they reschedule you I told her we where leaving town today and couldn't reschedule. I arrived 11 minutes after the 10am appointment to an empty shop and the owner rudely saying she cancelled the appointment and she had already called her next appointment to go ahead and come in early (remember I was exactly 1 minute after her "policy". I guess she must have more business than she wants because I'm never going back to someone that treats customers with so little understanding an compassiin.
