While we certainly thank Ann for her business, we felt it was in best interest of all parties to part ways. The care that the client required may have been better suited for someone who could care for both the dog and a family member. We have outstanding ratings on other sites and our reputation speaks for itself. We are sorry that this client felt this way but even in defending a bad review we will uphold our confidentiality policy and not disclose the details of this situation which could easily be explained and justified.
