Singing Over Me Daycare

Hello!

Singing Over Me Daycare is a brand new In-Home family Daycare for children ages 1-14. My name is Cristalle Mauleon and I am the owner and operator of Singing Over Me Daycare. I have three children ages 8, 3, and 1 and I have experience working with children ages 5-14 as a swimming lesson instructor, Sunday school teacher, and small group leader. The mission of Singing Over Me Daycare is for children to learn, play, and grow in an environment that is Christ-honoring. I started this daycare to provide learning to my own children and other children in the community who desire for their preschool aged children to be educated but can't afford traditional preschool.

Singing Over me Daycare uses a play-based curriculum suitable for preschool age children. This curriculum is based on a Christian worldview. Singing Over Me Daycare also engages in walking field trips to the local library and local park. Due to COVID-19 closures, walking trips have been suspended until further notice.

Due to the school closures from COVID-19, Singing Over Me Daycare is also welcoming elementary-age students at this time. I will work with any Elementary student to complete the work that has been assigned by their school district. To the extent possible, preschool aged children and elementary aged children will do activities together with the preschool activities being modified to suit their developmental level. For example, we may all play the same game together but preschool aged children will work on identifying letters while elementary aged children work on spelling or vocabulary. Students from any school district are welcomed. My son is in the Azusa Unified School District so I am already familiar with their distance learning plans.

My daycare is brand new and licensed by the Community Care Licensing in the State of California. It does not have any reviews yet, but please do reach out to me for a tour or to ask any questions!
