Simply Reading Orton Gillingham Studio

Certified through the Orton Gillingham Academy to help children improve reading and writing using the OG method. Orton Gillingham is a special tutoring method to help those diagnosed with dyslexia. This method will help the student identify letter soundsand how the sounds work together to form words using rules and patterns. Certified by the Orton Gillingham Academy. This academy is highly recommended and travels around the country teaching the method throughout our school systems. It is a wonderful feeling seeing a student's confidence and skill grow, knowing that you had a hand in this is rewarding! The first session will establish what a student currently knows versus what is needed. Each session will consist of an "old review" (two sessions back), a "new review" (one session back) and a new concept.
