She arrived on time and was very nice. She didn't dust a few surfaces. One of them was stacked with stuff and i understand that one but the others were not like that. When she cleaned the floor she it was a poor job. I have a 2 year old so things get dropped. The light cleaning with a swifter type mop didn't clean up well at all. I didn't get the $10 off for my first cleaning either.
