I took my dog to Silverlake Animal and they did not follow my directions on how to feed my dog. He bit someone while they was feeding him. If they would have followed my directions that would not have happened because they would not have been near his bowl had they followed my specific directions that she said she wrote down. Now they want to quarantine him as though he is some vicious who have been going there almost two years. I have to pay an extra $190.00 and he is quarantine for 10 day for their negligence. It's ridiculous!
