Undoubtedly the best around: Robson and Vania have been cleaning my (now elderly) parents' house for 15 years (?) and now mine as well for about 9 years. Like all the other reviewers have said: they deliver on all aspects. The cleaning is thorough, and they often go above and beyond to tackle tough spots, or areas that are outside scope. They are totally trustworthy - never ever an issue. And they are great to schedule with - very responsive and open and considerate of things like safety protocols (face masks, gloves, etc) during our current Covid 19 pandemic... and their demeanor is just lovely. Very kind and calm. Also, they are great doing deep cleans. My real estate husband often asks their help with getting homes ready for showing when they go on the market, or before someone moves into their new place. The results are always exactly as expected. I have recommended Vania and Robson consistently to anyone looking for help. 7-stars!!

Robson and Vania have been cleaning for me for almost 20 years. They are excellent. Responsive and responsible, they return calls, follow instructions, are thorough and careful. I have been using Robson and Vania in my house now for over 15 years. There professionalism, efficiency and dedication are second to none. They clean my house weekly and I have never once had an issue with them in scheduling or reliability. They are very kind and work very hard. They often clean things that I don't even expect them to clean. One time, I came home and saw Vania using a magic eraser sponge on my stairs to remove all of the black scuffs going up the stairwell on my white paint. I was shocked and grateful. Not only was that beyond her scope of work but the only way I knew how to get rid of the marks was to repaint them which is costly. The paint on the stairs looked brand new! There have also been times when she has cleaned out my back hall stairs that goes into my basement. In the fall, leaves would get dragged in and it would always be a mess. It really isn't part of my house area yet she has taken the time on numerous occasions to sweep out all of the leaves which again is above and beyond her scope of work. Even with all of these remarkable instances they are still not the the most impressive. What impresses me the most is their honesty. When my daughter was two years old she found my two carat diamond engagement ring and accidentally lost it somewhere in the house. She couldn't remember where she left it and I spent a solid week home all day going through every drawer and cranny I could think of. I had resigned myself that it was gone forever. Robson and Vania came in exactly one week later. I was out of the house and Vania called me on my cell to tell me she found a diamond ring under the toothbrush holder in my sons bathroom! Nothing compares to that kind of honesty and trust. They are an extremely remarkable couple who I am proud to recommend to anyone. I truly would be lost with out their services. They are responsible, reliable, hardworking and trustworthy. I know that I am very lucky to have them as my housekeepers and hope they clean my house for me forever!

I highly recommend Robson and Vania Silva for their superb house cleaning skills. We have had them for 15 years, and I wouldn't think of hiring anyone else. They took just a couple of hours to clean my 3000 square foot home full of nicknacks which requires a lot of dusting. And we have have 2 dogs that leave a lot of dog hair. When they are finished cleaning, everything is spotless.
